Welcome to StaffEasy! By accessing or using our SaaS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using StaffEasy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using StaffEasy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Plans and User Limits

StaffEasy offers various subscription plans, each with specific user limits. You are responsible for selecting a plan that meets your requirements. Exceeding the user limits of your chosen plan may result in additional charges or restricted access.

3. Free Trial

StaffEasy offers a free trial for new users. After the trial period ends, access to the platform will be unavailable unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Free trials are limited to one per user or organization.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All invoices must be paid within the specified billing period.
  • No refunds will be provided for approved invoices under any circumstances.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure accurate billing and payment details.

5. Account Renewal and Data Retention

Subscription accounts must be renewed before their expiration date. If your account is not renewed within 60 days of the expiration date, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems. StaffEasy is not liable for any loss of data due to non-renewal.

6. Fair Use Policy

To ensure the quality and reliability of our platform, users must adhere to our fair use policy:

  • Support: Excessive or unreasonable use of support services may result in limitations on support access.
  • System Resources: Users must not engage in activities that excessively consume system resources, disrupt other users, or compromise the platform's performance.
  • StaffEasy reserves the right to review and take corrective action in cases of fair use policy violations.

7. "As Is" Provision

StaffEasy is provided "As Is," without any warranties or guarantees of performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk. StaffEasy does not offer source code customization or modifications for any user.

8. User Responsibility

Each user is responsible for setting up and managing their portal. While StaffEasy may assist with light initial setup tasks, users are solely responsible for maintaining and updating their portal content. StaffEasy will not be liable for any errors, omissions, or mismanagement of user content.

9. User Conduct

Users agree to use StaffEasy in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Uploading harmful or malicious content.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Attempting to access or tamper with the platform's infrastructure or other users' accounts.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the StaffEasy platform, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by StaffEasy. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffEasy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

StaffEasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or activities that compromise the platform's security, integrity, or user experience.

13. Modifications to Terms

StaffEasy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant updates via email or on our platform. Continued use of StaffEasy after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Fedral Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Fedral Republic of Nigeria.
