Pre-Assessment questions are common relevant information that you may wish to collect from candidates before they take an assessment. You can create a library of such questions for employers to easily select from. Questions are categorized and a question can only belong to one category.

To manage your question, click on the 'Training'-'Pre Assessment Questions'-'Manage Questions' link

You can filter questions based on category or status.

Click on 'Add New' to create a new question

The following fields are available:

• TItle: A short description of the question
• Question: The question proper
• Type: select the type of response the candidate will submit for this question
• Time limit: optionally add a time limit for the candidate to answer the question. The candidate will not be able to answer the question again after the time limit has elapsed.
• Category: Select the category for the test
• What to look out for: a hint to employers on how to evaluate the question response
• Why is this relevant: a hint to employers on how relevant the question is
• Enabled: Controls if the question is available for use.
