The mailing list is a list of email addresses you can send bulk messages to. You can populate your list from the admin backend as well as from users who subscribe from the frontend using the mailing list form.

Click on the 'Newsletters'-'Mailing List' link in order to view your list.

Click on the 'Add Email' to add new entries.

You can add single or multiple entries at once.
